  • Sthira & Sukha -- this means finding steadiness & ease, balancing work & rest in your practice

  • Yoga benefits everyone, although every style and every pose may not be for every body.

  • There is no perfect expression of a pose or perfect alignment.

  • Poses (asanas) are tools to help us find peace amidst challenge, joy and acceptance on the journey, and surrender to the present moment.
